March, Wk 3's Journey
Hey folks! Good morning. We're going to try something a little different this week. With the Easter season right upon us and lots of other things happening in the office the next couple weeks we're going to post the whole week's material at the beginning of each week. We'll still try and link the scriptures to them for your quick reference. Thanks for fellowship on this journey! Through the New Testament in a Year March 14-20 - ?’s & Thoughts to Ponder Monday, March 14, John

Alive. Again.
Sunday, John 11:1-44 Jesus tells them, “…in the same way they treated your ancestors the prophets>” Do you find comfort or confidence in the idea that you won’t be the only who’ll encounter hardship in light of your faith? What would you say the purpose of salt has generally been? Light? With the salt and light it would seem Jesus is reminding us that our faith & lives have some profound and specific purposes. What might those be?

Taken care of.
Saturday, Luke 16:1-17:10 What is God’s view on money? Who is the owner of it all? Does God promise that our needs would be met? Even the resurrection of Jesus would not convince people to believe. So, would they believe the word of God? Do we sometimes feel privileged for serving God? Remember, without the shedding of Jesus blood, we have no remission (forgiveness).

Lost things.
Friday, Luke 15:1-32 Once again the Pharisees were criticizing Jesus’ actions. What is Jesus’ mission? God’s arms are always ready to receive us, no matter how we have become lost.

Table talk.
Thursday, Luke 14:1-35 Jesus heals again and again on the sabbath. Dropsy is an accumulation of fluid on the body. Jesus teaches humility. Are we interested in prestige or looking for a place to serve? Count the cost. Jesus expects us to stay true to our calling. Salt can lose it’s saltiness if the cares of this world are allowed in. Remember to let us know if you're following along on here and if its useful to you that we continue this blog over the next month. If there is

Fence talk.
Wednesday, Luke 13:22-35, John 10:22-42 All our efforts should be directed toward entering the narrow gate. What is it? Jesus stayed true to God’s mission, no matter the consequence. How is your faith holding up? Jesus confirms who gives internal life. Whose hands are you in? Hey ya'll. We're excited to continue making the website a great place to find the resources you need and want. In that effot though, can you let us know if you're following along with the daily reading/q

Big decisions.
Tuesday, March 8, Luke 13:1-21 The blame game. Who are we ultimately responsible for? Is anyone less guilty than another? Think a moment. We should busy ourselves with what God wants us to do. He will do the multiplying. Hey ya'll. We're excited to continue making the website a great place to find the resources you need and want. In that effot though, can you let us know if you're following along with the daily reading/questions via the web? It would hep us to know how we can

Ready.
Monday, Luke 12:35-59 Just observe today. Jesus talks about servants being ready. Verse 43 indicates we should be about the business or service he has given us. Verses 49-53 indicate choices have to be made. Observe the signs. Hey ya'll. We're excited to continue making the website a great place to find the resources you need and want. In that effot though, can you let us know if you're following along with the daily reading/questions via the web? It would hep us to know how

Trust of authority.
Sunday, Luke 12:1-34 Can anything be hidden from God? Who does Jesus tell us to really fear? What accompanies us to heaven? Jesus spells out priorities. What are some of them?

Hard truths.
Saturday, Luke 11:14-54 Relationship and obedience to God are important. Is Jesus tell us Family is not important? Is repentance the message or sign that Jesus is referring to in verse 30?
